Registration at the 18th INURA Conference
Thank you for showing interest in the INURA Conference! If you want to register, please, fill the registration-FORM and send it as an attachment to inura08@gmail.com.
Some technical information:
1. We can accept up to 80 participants. Priority will be given to INURA members and those applying for the whole conference. Become a member
2. Registration is only valid after we receive your payment. Please wait for a confirmation mail from the organising committee before proceeding to the payment. Payment should be done within 10 days, after that available places will be given to the next person on the priority list.
3. You can cancel your reservation any time before September 5. After that, we have to charge you a 50% cancellation fee.

Only Public Part/ Excursions (3-6 October)

*Institutional is for whom has funding from his/her institution to attend the conference / political is understood as a voluntary additional support to make the conference accessible for all
**Reduced is for students, the unemployed and everybody on a low income
Children under three years are free of charge
Important: We have tried to have as low fees as possible. People who can afford an institutional or individual fee, please apply for one of these
THE FEE COVERS:
Athens:
1. Accommodation at the hotel Exarhion (check in on Friday 3 October until 18:00 am, check out on Tuesday 7 October at 10:00 am)
2. Breakfast for those staying at the hotel Exarhion
3. At least one meal per day
4. All tours and events are free of charge
5. Transportation on 4, 5 and 6 October
Retreat:
1. Full board accommodation (breakfast and two meals)
2. All trips and events are free of charge
3. Transportation from Athens to Schinias (Marathon) is included; transportation from Schinias (Marathon) to Athens is NOT included.
SPECIAL NEEDS:
– Vegetarian meals will be available
– Single rooms are not available (double or triple rooms for Athens, triple or 4 persons rooms for the retreat. If a double room is specially needed for the retreat, please contact us)
